About the Role
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, helping clients solve business challenges and unlock growth opportunities through data, insights, and strategic recommendations. VCA works with financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, and government entities across the region on projects spanning payments, digital transformation, portfolio optimization, risk, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather relevant industry insights
- Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support consulting teams in developing recommendations and strategic solutions
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and Excel-based analyses
- Support hypothesis development, problem-solving activities, and project delivery
- Contribute to internal research, thought leadership initiatives, and proposal development
- Collaborate with team members across different functions and markets
Work Arrangement
Visa requires at least 3 days in office. Specific expectations will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Available for a full-time semester internship or COOP program
- Strong academic record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
