About this opportunity

Join Ericsson as a Vendor Manager, a pivotal role ensuring best value in procurement from Application Service Providers (ASPs) and Field Service Operations (FSOs). You will manage all aspects of the supplier base, monitor performance, and uphold vendor health and safety protocols while implementing the ASP Operational Governance Framework.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales phases and source impactful solutions for ASP procurement
  • Support solution engineering with ASP Scope of Work (SoW) and pricing strategies
  • Conduct ASP demand forecasting and lead technical evaluation of potential vendors
  • Facilitate ASP readiness, onboarding, and competence development through training plans
  • Define and manage ASP performance management processes with appropriate KPIs
  • Monitor compliance including ECoC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and support IT tools adoption for OHS & Quality management

  • Financial Acumen and Resource Management
  • Knowledge of network Radio and transmission rollout delivery models

  • Moroccan ASP environment and local industry standards knowledge
