Warehouse Supervisor - Logistics & Operations

About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to meet customer requirements and internal business objectives. This role involves creating integrated processes across internal functions such as operations, purchasing, and logistics, while coordinating with external suppliers. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow through production processes and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve supply chain performance against business goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily warehouse activities and operations
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and performance metrics
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Verify orders, invoices, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain records, prepare documentation, and report relevant information to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain warehouse maintenance standards
• Conduct daily warehouse inspections and lead inventory management activities
• Coordinate warehouse equipment and fleet operations while communicating with internal departments and external customers
• Monitor KPIs against defined targets and implement corrective actions for deviations

Your Ideal Background

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or similar management role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Strong time management and delegation abilities
• Excellent English communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
