Your Mission

As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in our commercial development. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Calling prospects using exclusive leads provided by the company (outbound calls)
• Qualifying customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Presenting our services in a professional and persuasive way
• Handling objections and closing sales effectively
• Ensuring accurate follow-up and updating customer records
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Working closely with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience

Profile Required

• Good spoken English (clear and confident communication)
• Good phone skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Sales-driven personality with a passion for challenges and performance
• Good organization, follow-up skills, and target orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-based environment
• Previous experience in sales or call centers (outbound) is a plus
• Motivated beginners are welcome (training provided)
