About the Role

The Web & Digital Assets Specialist supports digital asset governance and content implementation across web platforms as part of Pluxee's hub-and-spoke digital marketing team. You will manage and optimize digital assets such as images, videos, and documents for France, Tunisia, Morocco, and Portugal, ensuring they comply with brand guidelines, SEO strategy, and UX/UI standards.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the management, organization, and optimization of digital assets across digital asset management platforms and websites in France, Tunisia, Morocco, and Portugal
Work with content and SEO teams to ensure web content is optimized for SEO and that digital assets contribute to effective user experience across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate with web development and content teams to support website updates, ensuring digital assets are properly integrated and optimized across web platforms
Work closely with UX/UI, content, and marketing teams to ensure proper use, display, and quality of digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of digital assets across all platforms, maintaining high standards of accuracy, branding, and functionality

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing web and digital assets, with a focus on SEO and CMS tools
Strong understanding of SEO strategies, content optimization, and the role of digital assets in improving user experience and search engine rankings
Proven ability to manage and optimize digital assets across multiple platforms
Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally with content, SEO, UX/UI, and development teams
