About the Role
Foundever Rabat is hiring English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a global leader in diabetes care. Your Responsibilities
- Managing inbound Level 1 calls from U.S. customers and healthcare professionals
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and basic technical support requests
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Accurately documenting customer interactions in internal systems
- Acting as a trusted representative of a leading healthcare brand
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using computer tools and learning new systems
- Availability to work night shifts (12:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Immediate availability is a plus
