Your Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound Level 1 calls from U.S. customers and healthcare professionals
  • Handling inquiries, complaints, and basic technical support requests
  • Delivering a high-quality customer experience with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in internal systems
  • Acting as a trusted representative of a leading healthcare brand

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable using computer tools and learning new systems
  • Availability to work night shifts (12:00 PM - 2:00 AM)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset
  • Immediate availability is a plus
