What You Will Do
- Monitor and support the wiring harness production process on a daily basis
- Assess and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide hands-on technical support and advice to the production team
- Evaluate and optimize processes including crimping, ultrasonic welding, cable wrapping, harness board assembly, and connector assembly
- Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet defined quality and technical requirements
- Support process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance during production ramp-up and process changes
What You Bring
- Several years of hands-on experience in wiring harness manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of wiring harness production processes
- Practical experience with crimping, ultrasonic welding, wrapping/taping, and harness board assembly
- Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, or construction equipment (advantageous)
- Ability to assess production processes directly on the shop floor
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide practical recommendations to production teams
