Descriptif du poste We are recruiting a French-speaking team leader with experience in managing a team of insurance teleconsultants (assistance). Manage your team with a close approach to achieve the objectives of the service and the direction. Ensure the smooth running of activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of its organization. Responsibilities: Coordinate the team's activities. Ensure the quality of service provided and compliance with work procedures. Monitor and analyze service or structure activity data and propose areas for improvement. Monitor and organize the development of the skills of your team members (continuous training, annual reviews, etc.). Master the technical skills of your field of activity. Identify risks related to your process/activities, control them, and ensure their proper application and efficiency. Conduct statistical and prospective studies in your area of expertise. Contribute to cross-functional projects. Be the guarantor of compliance with quality processes and sub-processes according to ISO standards. Participate in and enforce actions decided by the Internal Control Committee. Assume responsibility for decisions and those of the company, managing delicate interpersonal situations. Allianz Services – Téléconseiller Francophone (Assurance) Nous recrutons plusieurs téléconseillers dans la gestion de relation client de préférence en métier d'assurance (sinistre ou autres..). Imaginez les inconvénients d'un produit défectueux que vous utilisez fréquemment. Avec vous, ces soucis appartiennent désormais au passé. Vous avez ce qu'il faut pour rassurer nos clients avec une assistance fiable et rapide. En tant que téléconseiller, vous serez en charge de répondre aux questions et aux demandes des clients concernant leur contrat d'assurance et les guider selon des procédures bien établies. Vos tâches peuvent inclure -Prendre les appels entrants des clients et les aider à résoudre les problèmes liés à leur contrat d'assurance. -Écouter le client, évaluer sa situation et lui fournir des informations pertinentes sur sa couverture et sur ce qui est possible pour résoudre son problème. - Fixer des rendez-vous pour les questions techniques -Suivre les procédures et les protocoles afin d'aider les clients de la manière la plus efficace possible et gérer l'escalade des problèmes si nécessaire. -Mettre à jour les données des clients dans le système et assurer une documentation précise des appels. -Vous serez amené(e) à participer activement à l'augmentation du nombre de clients et à l'amélioration de la qualité des services offerts aux clients. -Vous contribuerez activement à l'amélioration de la satisfaction des clients.
