WafR recherche un·e CFO pour rejoindre sa core team et accompagner sa croissance rapide.Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration financière, le pilotage de la performance et la gestion des relations avec les investisseurs, en lien direct avec le CEO et le CTO. Ce poste s’adresse à un profil entrepreneurial, motivé et rigoureux, prêt à construire dans un environnement exigeant, dynamique et en pleine transformation.

Votre rôle

🔹 Pilotage stratégique-Concevoir et maintenir des dashboards de pilotage (flux quotidiens, KPIs stratégiques, relations investisseurs)-Mettre en place et optimiser les outils de pilotage financier-Structurer les flux internes et formaliser les procédures de gestion-Collaborer étroitement avec le CEO sur les sujets stratégiques et les échanges avec les investisseurs🔹 Gestion financière & reporting-Suivre la trésorerie et anticiper les besoins de financement-Élaborer et suivre le budget annuel-Préparer les reportings mensuels à destination des parties prenantes-Consolider et fiabiliser les données financières internes-Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le CTO pour garantir l’intégration fluide des processus financiers et administratifs dans le système d’information🔹 Comptabilité & obligations légales-Coordonner les échanges avec l’expert-comptable et les auditeurs-Préparer les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles-Assurer le suivi des déclarations fiscales et sociales-Gérer les documents juridiques et administratifs courants de l’entreprise

Vos qualifications

-Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle significative (minimum 5 ans), idéalement en cabinet de conseil en stratégie, transaction services, M&A ou dans une startup en forte croissance-Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres, rigoureux·se, structuré·e et autonome-Vous savez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle, même dans des délais courts-Vous recherchez un projet entrepreneurial stimulant et engageant-Vous aimez apprendre, vous adapter et monter rapidement en compétences sur de nouveaux sujets

WafR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be crucial in automating our infrastructure deployment, optimizing our CI/CD processes, and maintaining the stability and scalability of our production environment in Azure. Votre rôle

Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD):- Design, build, and maintain robust, automated CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions) to ensure rapid, frequent, and reliable deployments of microservices and applications.- Implement quality gates, automated testing, and release strategies (e.g., blue/green, canary).Cloud Infrastructure Management (Azure Focus):- Manage and optimize the core production infrastructure and services hosted on Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, networking components).Production Reliability & Monitoring:- Proactively monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Prometheus/Grafana.Implement robust logging and alerting strategies to ensure high visibility into system behavior.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex operational issues across the production stack.- Automation:Develop and maintain automation scripts (using PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to streamline operational tasks, security remediation, and incident response.Collaboration & Support:- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate their applications into the deployment pipelines and provide guidance on best practices for cloud-native development.- Participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to address critical incidents and ensure maximum product availability and smooth production operation.

Vos qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role.- Cloud Expertise: Deep practical experience managing infrastructure, networking, and security within Microsoft Azure.- CI/CD Tools: Strong background with modern CI/CD tools.- Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).- Operating Systems: Experience with both Linux and Windows operating environments.Preferred Qualifications- Experience establishing and managing observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki).- Knowledge of security best practices in the cloud (e.g., network segmentation, least privilege access, secret management).- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to champion the quality, architectural integrity, and long-term maintainability of our core platform. This role is highly technical and strategic, serving as the critical bridge between product vision and technical reality. The successful candidate will drive technical standards, ensure robust architectural design, and maintain a constant, proactive partnership with the Product Owner to ensure continuous, high-quality product improvement.

Your role

Architectural Strategy & Deep Technical Understanding- System Ownership: Hold a deep, comprehensive understanding of the entire application stack, architecture, data models, and underlying infrastructure to guide strategic technical decisions.- Design Leadership: Lead the technical design, planning, and documentation for major system enhancements, features, and architectural evolution (e.g., microservices adoption, performance scaling).- Hands-On Code: Actively contribute code to critical, complex, or foundational components of the system to maintain technical proficiency and credibility.- Future Proofing: Identify and address technical debt proactively, introducing innovative solutions and frameworks that improve developer efficiency and system reliability.2. Code Quality Assurance & Review- Quality Gatekeeper: Own and enforce the team’s code review process, ensuring all merged code adheres to stringent standards for performance, security, maintainability, and architectural consistency.- Mentorship Through Review: Use the code review process as a primary mechanism for knowledge transfer and mentorship, guiding developers toward best practices in design patterns and coding standards.- Tooling & Automation: Define and implement automated quality checks, testing frameworks, and continuous integration processes to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.3. Product Alignment & Technical Translation- Product Owner Partnership: Serve as the dedicated technical liaison to the Product Owner (PO), translating product goals, user stories, and business requirements into clear, actionable, and appropriately estimated technical tasks.- Risk Analysis: Collaborate with the PO to assess the technical feasibility and complexity of new initiatives, providing accurate projections and identifying potential technical risks early in the planning phase.- Roadmap Influence: Proactively advise the PO on the technical roadmap, balancing feature delivery with necessary architectural investments to maintain system health and velocity.

Your qualifications

- 3+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with significant experience in a senior or principal role focused on system design and architecture.- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, high-availability, and fault-tolerant systems.- Extensive experience conducting detailed, constructive, and effective code reviews.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical product stakeholders.- Proven track record of working successfully within an Agile environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in a domain-specific area (e.g., FinTech, E-commerce, Data Analytics).- Familiarity with multiple architectural styles (e.g., Monolithic, Microservices, Event-Driven).- Certifications in relevant cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
