About the Role

The Graduate Institute at the School for International Training (SIT) is building an adjunct instructor pool for part-time teaching positions in Rabat, Morocco. We seek experienced educators to teach in-person courses in the Global Masters in Humanitarian Assistance & Crisis Management program. This is an ongoing recruitment for a pool; positions may become available as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver instruction aligned with course topics, learning outcomes, and student audience needs
  • Create an inclusive, experiential learning environment that promotes student success
  • Manage learning environments through record-keeping, timely grade submission, and enforcement of academic policies

Course Offerings

Courses are offered in Rabat, Morocco (3 credits each):

  • Developing and Maintaining Collaborative Relationships
  • Safety and Well-being Challenges in Emergency Contexts
  • International Humanitarian and Refugee Law, Standards, and Principles
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Concepts and Practices

Required Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in a related field with relevant professional experience
  • Background in inclusive teaching, global education, and experiential learning
  • Graduate teaching experience (desirable)
  • Experience with Canvas course management system (preferred)
