About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Solutions Lead to identify, design, and deliver data analytics and AI solutions with a strong focus on LLM-based and agentic systems across Infomineo's business functions and client engagements. This is a hybrid leadership role requiring equal credibility in stakeholder discussions, technical architecture debates, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification & Solution Proposals

Identify and surface new opportunities to apply data analytics and AI services across business functions and client engagements to leadership.
Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into clearly defined problem statements and develop comprehensive proposals with scope, architecture, staffing, timelines, and expected impact.
Build business cases for investment, including trade-offs and risks, and lead scoping workshops with clients.

Solution Design & Delivery

Design custom data and AI solutions including multi-agent pipelines, RAG systems, and LLM-powered workflows tailored to business needs.
Own end-to-end deployment into client and cloud environments, managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and post-deployment monitoring.
Define quality metrics for LLM and agent outputs, build evaluation loops, monitor production performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage cost and performance of AI workloads, ensuring solutions are maintainable, scalable, and economically sustainable.

Technology Scouting & Standards

Stay informed on emerging tools and methods in data analytics and AI, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps platforms.
Define and champion technical standards and best practices for solution development, evaluation, and deployment in collaboration with leadership.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of proven track record in data analytics, data science, or AI solution delivery with end-to-end ownership and team guidance experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering technical solutions in client-facing contexts with exposure to diverse solution types.
Solid working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, cloud configuration, monitoring).
Hands-on experience designing and delivering LLM-based and agentic AI solutions in production using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
Experience defining evaluation methods for LLM and agent outputs and using them to drive improvement.
Hands-on technical proficiency in Python and SQL with ability to design solutions and make architectural decisions.
Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices on at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Solid project management capability managing scope, priorities, resources, and timelines across concurrent initiatives.
Experience managing or mentoring technical team members with genuine interest in developing others.
Excellent communication skills in English; professional proficiency in French strongly preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-delivery environments including RFP responses and commercial proposals.
Experience building or scaling a data/AI function or Center of Excellence from early stage.
Experience with AI governance frameworks or responsible AI practices.
Relevant cloud, data, or AI certifications.
