About the Role

Join McKinsey's Analytics Graduate Program as an analytics intern and shape the future with data. This 10-month immersive experience, beginning August 2026, is designed for early-career professionals eager to accelerate their growth in data science and analytics.

Based in our Casablanca office, you'll be part of the broader Client Capabilities Hub in Africa, working on transformative McKinsey client projects alongside our consultants.

Your Impact

• Work in dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams harnessing the power of data, machine learning, Gen AI, and Agentic AI
• Dive into complex datasets from Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups to solve pressing business challenges
• Design and implement advanced machine learning models while collaborating with consultants and data engineering teams
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, empowering data-driven decision-making
• Build cutting-edge data science solutions and contribute to innovative internal assets
• Develop sustainable, scalable, and secure data solutions adhering to high-quality coding standards

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze complex and diverse datasets to uncover insights and generate breakthrough solutions for clients
• Collaborate across disciplines to design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models
• Contribute to client service teams on workstreams addressing strategic challenges
• Present technical findings and business recommendations to client stakeholders
• Build high-quality data science products and solutions for external clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering, or artificial intelligence with strong academic record
• 0-2 years of professional experience applying machine learning and data mining techniques to real-world problems
• Proficiency in Python or R (required); experience with SQL, SPSS, SAS, Hadoop valued
• Ability to independently own and drive model development while balancing deadlines
• Natural talent for analytics with keen interest in data modelling, engineering, visualization, and prototype design
• Demonstrated leadership skills and collaborative mindset
• Passion for solving challenging, ambiguous problems with desire to learn and grow
