About the Role
The Accounting Associate is responsible for researching HR, Benefits, and Payroll compliance matters related to client services and executing internal control and operational reviews of Concentrix operations. This position provides leadership for team audits, participates in client project implementation efforts, and handles complex special projects. You will provide consultative support to management on process improvement, compliance, and regulatory matters while identifying emerging risks in the International region.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate systems and operational controls, identifying strengths and weaknesses in assigned areas
- Determine compliance with Corporate, regulatory, and client policies and procedures
- Develop and execute audit programs based on risk-assessed priorities and document comprehensive audit work papers
- Analyze internal control effectiveness through interviews and document reviews to ensure accuracy and proper authorization of financial records
- Promote operational efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities across operations
- Communicate findings to various management levels and interface with IT representatives on information systems audit elements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with seven years of relevant accounting or audit experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
- Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and focus on continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of business operations, industry knowledge, and demonstrated business acumen
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
