Overview

We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead testing efforts and drive quality assurance across multiple projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, managing test teams, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage in a fast-paced agile environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall testing strategy, test plans, and test execution across multiple project phases
  • Develop and maintain automated functional test frameworks and reusable test cases using Selenium, Test Complete, or similar tools
  • Supervise test teams and coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore locations
  • Manage testing risks, defects, and quality gates; communicate test results and quality risks to stakeholders
  • Integrate automated tests into continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins and manage test data for automation scripts
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define testing objectives and ensure proper test coverage

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with QA automation development and testing across Web, Desktop, and Mobile platforms
  • Expertise in Selenium Webdriver, Test Complete, and test automation frameworks
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or related languages
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, JIRA, ALM, and continuous integration/continuous delivery environments
  • In-depth knowledge of BDD, TDD, and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with database concepts, particularly Microsoft SQL Server

Additional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of automated test methodologies and framework development
  • Experience with all phases of software testing including functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Proficiency with defect tracking tools and test management platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
