About the Role

As a B2C/B2M Marketing Automation Specialist at Pluxee, you will develop and optimize marketing automation strategies for both end-users (B2C) and merchant partners (B2M). Plan, execute, and continuously improve email and lifecycle campaigns based on behavioral triggers and real-time data
Develop and optimize lead generation and nurturing workflows to increase merchant lead quality and conversion
Monitor campaign performance, interpret insights, and optimize ROI, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, product, sales) to align automation strategies with business objectives

Key Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation with proven results in B2C and/or B2M contexts
Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and lead management
Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing email marketing and automation strategies
Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and act on data-driven insights
Full working proficiency in English
