About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business and technology to drive successful digital solutions:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Draft and maintain functional documentation including specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflows
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of data models and business processes
  • Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support technical teams during development and validate alignment of solutions with business needs
  • Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables
  • Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts when required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools

About You

You bring 5–7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex environments such as data, IT, digital transformation, or finance. You possess:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts including data, information systems, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Passion, energy, adaptability, and a drive to expand your knowledge
