Are you a passionate team player with a positive attitude and a knack for data? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your insights can drive strategic decisions? We’re looking for two talented Business Intelligence & Performance Analysts to join our team in Bratislava. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing actionable insights into our Wholesale Voice Business Unit, helping us identify risks, uncover opportunities, and support revenue and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities•Business Intelligence: Develop and deliver strategic insights on voice market trends with detailed analysis and reports.
•Monthly Business Reviews: Play an active role in preparing and presenting performance updates, market news, and deep-dive analyses of key traffic flows.
•Tailor-made Offers: Monitor and analyze the performance of customized solutions
•Automation & Data Tools: Support the automation of reporting processes using tools like Dataiku and leverage AI technologies (e.g., GenIA)
•Budget & Strategic Planning: Assist in building the annual budget and strategic plans by translating hypotheses into concrete actions.
•Forecasting: Collaborate with Finance to produce accurate monthly forecasts, considering factors impacting trends.
•Action Plan Management: Generate ideas, drive initiatives, and track performance to ensure continuous improvement.
•Margin Control: Ensure data accuracy in internal tools, cross-checking deal submissions and contract validations.
About you
•Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
•3+ years of experience in the telecom wholesale industry
•Professional proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus
•A commercially-minded mindset with a deep understanding of Wholesale Voice
•Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with Dataiku is a plus
•Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging at executive levels
•Highly analytical, with a talent for spotting trends, outliers, and anomalies

Base salary from 1 700 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience. Please mind that the salary is only relevant for Slovakia Location.
