Your Role

Coordinate Cutting & Lead Prep Technology (cable & tubes) activities across EDS EU operations
Act as co-leader for the Global Cutting Horizontal Team, driving technical excellence and alignment
Coordinate equipment technical needs for Cutting & Lead Prep network roll-out across sites
Serve as representative in EOS team for Cutting, Special Cables & Lead Prep department
Support process start-up on different sites, ensuring flawless launches and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (EOS), Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements

Key Responsibilities

Manage handling and storage of chemicals according to regulatory requirements
Oversee waste collection and storage circuits
Promote and participate in ICIM / MCIP / IMCIP improvement programs
Demonstrate leadership in quality management system effectiveness and continuous improvement
Communicate quality policies and objectives aligned with organizational strategy
Engage and support teams to contribute to quality management system effectiveness

Your Background

Master's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar planning or engineering role
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Proven problem-solving techniques and methodologies
