About the Role

Join Versigent as a Central Process Owner for Electrical Test Systems & Wiring Harness Validation. You will work within a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing environment supporting factories across the EMEA region. This position combines hands-on technical work with frequent travel (up to 60%) to provide onsite support, ensure consistent testing processes, and address operational challenges.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, assemble, and commission electrical test equipment for wiring harness validation
  • Interpret customer specifications and technical drawings to ensure test systems meet all requirements
  • Configure and troubleshoot test setups involving I/O boards, pneumatic components, and programming interfaces (PLC, Python)
  • Deploy and standardize testing processes across manufacturing sites in the EMEA region
  • Monitor performance and reliability of testing systems, proposing improvements and optimizations
  • Train local teams on test system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or process engineering environment
  • Expertise with electrical testing systems for automotive wiring harnesses and mechatronics
  • Proficiency in basic programming (PLC, Python) and I/O systems configuration
  • Strong documentation skills and advanced Excel knowledge for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with suppliers and factory teams
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written)

Qualifications
