Vos missions

Profil recherché

  • You hold a high school diploma or a science degree and are interested in quality assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • You understand cGMP and regulatory requirements for injectable pharmaceuticals
  • You can work under pressure and tight deadlines, including rotating 12-hour shifts
  • You are detail-oriented, assertive and flexible
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable using computer systems

Quality Assurance Analyst

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is recruiting a Quality Assurance Analyst (m/f) to join the Quality Assurance Department at HIKMA I. This is an on-site role located in Oriental, Morocco.

Hikma was founded by Samih Darwazah over 40 years ago in Jordan, with the purpose of providing affordable, quality medicines. Today, in Portugal, the company has more than 1,000 employees and 3 factories producing injectable medicines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting or verifying analysis of bulk samples
  • Verifying or conducting sampling and analysis of in-process controls during batch filling
  • Conducting or verifying analysis after cleaning of machine production parts to verify clean conformity
  • Verifying or entering in-process form, logbook and LIMS data daily, and checking accuracy upon request
  • Ensuring equipment and solutions in use are maintained under validity
  • Sampling finished product for testing by the Microbiology and Quality Control Departments
  • Performing round checks in production departments, bulk packaging and infrastructure
  • Performing production area inspections when necessary
  • Carrying out start-ups before or during production when necessary
  • Performing aseptic practices and cleaning/disinfection monitoring
  • Sampling and carrying out acceptance procedures across production phases, including visual inspection for defects
  • Approving maintenance requisitions for production release
  • Training new QA analysts
  • Verifying print-outs from equipment related to production activities

Profile

  • High school diploma or an academic degree in science
  • Ability to handle multi-task operations, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Assertive, flexible and attentive to detail
  • Fluency in English and good computer skills are preferred
  • Knowledge of the injectable pharmaceutical industry, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), FDA and other regulatory authority requirements
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating days off
