About the Role
Join Orange Business as an AI Platform Engineer and contribute to designing, deploying, and operating AI platforms at scale. You will work at the intersection of data science, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in production environments.
Your Day-to-Day Missions
- Design, deploy and operate AI platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability and security in production environments
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and infrastructure teams to industrialize AI use cases on cloud and hybrid platforms
- Implement and maintain MLOps tooling and pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring
- Automate and standardize platform services using templates, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code to accelerate delivery
- Participate in incident analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen platform reliability and performance
Occasional Projects
- Contribute to rollout of new AI platform features such as GPU-based training environments, feature stores or model registries
- Participate in cloud migration projects and AI framework upgrades in collaboration with architecture and security teams
- Engage in communities of practice, tech talks and proof-of-concept projects around emerging AI technologies
Required Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and their managed services for data and AI
- Solid production experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git, infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible) and monitoring/logging tools
- Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, Python-based ML stacks, model serving frameworks and MLOps tools
- Understanding of security, reliability and performance considerations for production platforms
Required Soft Skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates rigor, curiosity and strong willingness to learn in fast-evolving AI and cloud ecosystems
- Takes ownership of problems, proposes solutions and iterates effectively in agile environments
- Balances pragmatism with quality focus to deliver reliable services while continuously improving them
