About the Role

Artefact is seeking a Data Consulting Manager to drive data transformation initiatives for C-Level clients and lead high-performing project teams. This role combines strategic consulting, team leadership, and business development in a fast-growing data consulting firm.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data & AI Strategy: Support C-Level clients across executive, marketing, digital, supply-chain, operations, and IT domains in defining data transformation strategies, business cases, governance models, and use case deployment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams including Data Consultants, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Data Analysts; manage project delivery end-to-end.
  • Business Development: Identify business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, respond to RFPs, support new market expansion, and develop Artefact's service offerings.
  • Internal Leadership: Build expertise in key areas (strategy, data governance, data marketing), contribute to training and marketing initiatives, and lead operational topics including HR, recruitment, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm
  • Proven experience in personnel management and talent development
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and build client relationships
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Office Suite
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
  • Passion for data and technological innovation with intellectual agility and rigor
