About the Role

Artefact is seeking a Senior Data Consultant to lead data projects autonomously. You will work with client teams or in our offices, supervised by a manager or director, while mentoring junior consultants and driving impactful data initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead one or more project streams, ensure mission delivery, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
  • Deliverable Production: Independently create presentations (benchmarks, case studies, workshop decks), write compelling storylines, develop impactful slides, and lead interviews and workshops.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trustful client relationships, demonstrate confidence in networking, and identify business opportunities.
  • Internal Development: Develop new offerings, participate in recruitment, conduct training sessions, support expertise development, and coach junior consultants.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
  • Dual 'business' and 'data' profile with analytical mindset
  • Proven client management experience and ability to identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Office Suite and workshop tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated rigor, proactivity, and passion for data and technological evolution
