About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of digital close solutions including BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva, and OneStream to improve financial close processes
- Support finance transformation projects focusing on streamlining financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and close processes
- Work closely with client teams to gather requirements, understand current processes, and identify areas for improvement
- Help configure digital finance tools and support solution design and deployment phases
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and presentations to support adoption of new tools and methodologies
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on digital close solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or similar role with exposure to digital finance solutions
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles including financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Experience with digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, OneStream, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications in finance
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and ERP integrations
- Knowledge of data analytics and AI-driven automation tools
- Exposure to financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards
