  • You know the Marrakesh / Morocco market, which is a plus

On behalf of its client, CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) for a luxury hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The DOSM will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness for the hotel. The role oversees a team of sales and marketing professionals and works closely with other departments to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury hotel groups as DOSM or DOS (luxury and ultraluxury brands only; premium groups excluded)
  • Experience with all sales segments, especially high-end leisure
  • Experience in a luxury international resort

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with other departments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the Marrakesh / Morocco market and luxury hotel industry is a plus
