About the Role

Watermelon Hub, a fast-growing UK-backed BPO, is expanding its Marrakech team and seeking English speakers for the mid shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM). This is an excellent opportunity to launch or advance your sales career with comprehensive support and clear growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Call international clients and pitch compelling business offers
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Receive daily coaching sessions to support your performance and development

What We're Looking For

  • C1/C2 English – fluent in spoken and written English
  • Based in Marrakech and available for on-site work
  • Bold, persuasive, and results-driven mindset
  • New to sales? No problem – full training provided. Experience is a plus, not a requirement.
