Key Responsibilities
- Own division P&L, operating plan, bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating income, cash performance, and resource allocation
- Lead transition from products in development to market-ready offerings with clear requirements, release plans, pricing, and support models
- Institutionalize practical product management framework and stage-gate operating system

- Record of scaling emerging or mid-market business through meaningful inflection point
- Experience taking complex technology from R&D or prototype into product launch, repeatable sales, and lifecycle management
- Experience building or operating product management framework, portfolio process, or stage-gate commercialization system
- Experience in U.S. federal or defense market, including government-funded R&D, technical services, and contracting
- Strong financial judgment in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, margin management, and cash discipline
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Executive Benefits: Fully funded executive benefits package
- Performance Incentive: Division-linked bonus plan rewarding profitable growth, cash generation, product launches, and enterprise value creation
Why Join Fairwinds Technologies
- Build the product management framework and operating system rather than inherit unnecessary bureaucracy
- Work directly with CEO and influence strategy, investment, and organization design
- Participate financially in value created through performance-based executive compensation
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US and hold an ACTIVE DOD TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.
