Flight Care Executive – Private Aviation Client Services

About the Role

Join Jet Luxe, a leading luxury private aviation company, as a Flight Care Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for our elite clientele, managing all aspects of their flight care experience. This role combines customer service excellence with operational coordination in the fast-paced private aviation sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage professional and prompt communication with high-end clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Coordinate catering arrangements, including client consultations, order placement, and quality assurance
• Organize travel logistics for staff and crew, including commercial flight and hotel bookings
• Maintain detailed oversight of client flight details, account information, and service requirements
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Navigate aviation operational requirements, flight schedules, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in private aviation
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Thorough understanding of aviation operations and constraints
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and flexibility with last-minute changes
• Ability to work shift schedules and maintain professional demeanor with VIP clientele
• Must be based in Casablanca, Morocco
