About the Role

Join Atlas Communications to build AI voice agents (callbots) that conduct natural phone conversations in Darija, French, and other languages for customer contact centers across Morocco and internationally. You'll work on a platform where non-developers design bots visually, which then run on live phone calls with full conversation recording and analysis capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack features using React 19 and Node.js 22 in a high-traffic environment
  • Build scalable backend mechanisms including queued database writes and horizontal scaling architecture
  • Implement WebSocket connections and real-time communication for active call sessions
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas with proper access controls and migrations
  • Write automated tests and conduct code reviews within a collaborative development team
  • Manage production deployments with separate artifacts per process and migration strategies

Required Tech Stack

  • TypeScript 5 (browser and server)
  • React 19 with components, hooks, and local state management
  • Node.js 22 with Express 4
  • PostgreSQL 16 with SQL migrations
  • Vite 6 and Tailwind CSS 4
