About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Integrations (Backend): Handle data ingestion via email, phone (Twilio, Vonage), WhatsApp, and manage large-scale customer migrations including documents and records.
  • AI Agents (Backend): Develop and improve the agent platform with 200+ tools, knowledge bases, and both text and voice capabilities.

What We're Looking For
