The Role
We are seeking a very experienced system engineer with 8+ years in automotive HV power electronics to lead technical initiatives and manage hardware engineering teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hardware engineers to advance system-level design of inverters
- Perform CR analysis and change request management
- Conduct troubleshooting and concept definition for HV power electronics systems
- Provide technical leadership on hardware and software engineering competencies
- Work closely with component suppliers to ensure quality and alignment
- Validate technical definitions with customers and travel to Milan and Brussels approximately once every two months
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in automotive HV power electronics
- Proven technical leadership in hardware and software engineering
- Strong system-level design and troubleshooting expertise
- Fluent English (mandatory for international European team collaboration)
