The Role
We're seeking a High Ticket Sales Representative to join our remote-first team. You'll engage with pre-qualified leads, conduct consultative sales calls, and guide prospects from initial conversation to enrollment in ELVTR programs. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for top performers.
What You'll Do
- Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads and guide them through the sales process
- Run consultative sales calls that uncover each prospect's career goals and match them with the right ELVTR program
- Guide prospects confidently from first conversation to enrollment
- Hit and exceed monthly targets while maintaining accurate CRM records
- Bring front-line insights to help shape programs and sales strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales track record, ideally in high-ticket or consultative sales
- Comfortable prospecting and starting conversations from scratch
- Clear and confident English communication, both spoken and written
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with ease
- Proficiency with CRMs and modern sales tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills under pressure
- Genuine belief that education can change lives
