About the Role
Join Sofitel Royal Bay Resort Agadir as a Housekeeping Supervisor, a key leadership position within our hospitality team. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage room attendants, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all areas of the resort.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks with room attendants, ensuring adherence to cleaning sequences and procedures
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas to maintain highest cleanliness standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise room attendants; conduct on-the-job training and performance evaluations
- Prepare and manage room linen inventory; check and maintain housekeeping equipment and machines
- Ensure VIP rooms receive special attention with proper amenities and flower arrangements before guest arrival
- Handle shift handovers, report security concerns, manage lost and found items, and document guest room damage
Key Requirements
- College degree in Hospitality or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
- Exceptional attention to detail, style, and aesthetic standards
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with talent for attracting and developing dynamic team members
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage departmental finances efficiently
