Role Overview

We are seeking a QHSE Responsible to join our team at One Mobility Morocco in Tangier. You will lead environmental, health, and safety management initiatives within our manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and emergency preparedness plans
  • Conduct environmental aspect and impact assessments, as well as occupational health and safety risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety observations
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental events, ensuring effective corrective actions
  • Coordinate waste management, environmental monitoring, and sustainability initiatives
  • Organize EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
  • Monitor and report EHS performance indicators

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS and/or EHS within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with IATF 16949 (mandatory)
  • Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (highly preferred)
