Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, benefits, recruitment, hiring, employee relations and separations. This role requires strong collaboration with global and local leadership to ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and compliance with Moroccan labor laws, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Moroccan labor laws and global HR standards
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings
- Lead recruitment efforts including candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, performance management and separations
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Collaborate with the Global HR VP and local GM to align HR strategies with business goals
- Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international organization
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment
- Proficiency in English, French and Arabic
