About the Role

Main Responsibilities

Local Compliance & Employment Law: Own compliance with the Moroccan Labour Code across the employee lifecycle (contracts, trial periods, working time, leave, termination, severance); adapt group policies to local requirements; manage labour inspectorate relationships and employee representation obligations.
Payroll & Social Declarations: Manage the monthly payroll cycle with local providers; validate variable inputs and cross-check payslips; ensure timely social and tax declarations; administer mandatory and supplementary benefits including medical cover and pensions.
HR Operations & Personnel Administration: Handle disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and sensitive cases; manage contracts, amendments, employee files, and HR documentation; run absence and leave management in HiBob; own work authorization for foreign nationals.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Mobility: Run structured regional onboarding; coordinate relocation and mobility across France, Switzerland, Morocco, and US entities; manage offboarding with proper local formalities.
Manager & Employee Partnership: Serve as the visible, trusted HR contact for the region; support leadership and line managers with operational HR guidance grounded in local law; address employee concerns promptly; partner with the Paris HR team to maintain alignment.

Key Requirements

5+ years of proven HR Generalist or HRBP experience in Morocco
Deep, practical command of the Moroccan Labour Code
Hands-on ownership of payroll and social declarations with local providers
Established relationships with local authorities, counsel, and service providers
