Profil recherché

  • You hold a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least 3 years in manufacturing or production
  • You have hands-on exposure to lean, TPM or continuous improvement tools
  • You are comfortable facilitating team discussions and working on the shop floor
  • You enjoy analysing data in Excel, Power BI and similar tools
  • You are interested in digitalization and process improvement

IL6S Continuous Improvement Engineer

You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques and help departments follow the established daily management system (DMS)
  • Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
  • Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Good knowledge or hands-on exposure to Lean, TPM and Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., 5S, RCA, Kaizen, CIL, CL, AM/PM)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Interest in digitalization and process improvement
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, facilitation and communication skills

Location and conditions

Location: Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. This is an on-site role. No relocation support is available.
