Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our in-house IT team in Morocco. In this role, you will provide direct support to end-users, ensure the smooth running of business systems, and contribute to maintaining high-quality IT services. This is an on-site position requiring teamwork, technical skills, and effective communication to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users across hardware, software, and business applications
• Support and troubleshoot ERP systems (Navision 6, Microsoft Dynamics 365 – highly valued)
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high user satisfaction
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Contribute to system maintenance, updates, and documentation
• Follow IT service management best practices to ensure quality and efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, in a multinational
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Navision 6, Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred)
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Good communication abilities and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work on-site in Morocco (no remote operations)
