Vos missions

Profil recherché

  • You hold a Bac+5 engineering or master's degree in quality, industrial engineering, or a related field and have supervisory experience.
  • You know IATF 16949 and core quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, MSA and SPC.
  • You have automotive experience, ideally with German OEMs.
  • You are fluent in both English and French and communicate well.
  • You can work effectively in a high-tempo environment across many parts of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop lab quality technicians and auditors.
  • Supervise the initial and periodical validation of manufacturing and testing equipment.
  • Support the development of the PV plan, identify and implement the needed testing equipment.
  • Supervise the execution of the PV plan.
  • Ensure the follow up of the calibration and the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) of the testing and measurement equipment.
  • Supervise the solving of warranty issues.
  • Supervise the quality validation of aftersales parts.
  • Support the investigation of internal and external Quality issues.
  • Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
  • Support the development and the execution of the control plan.
  • Ensure adherence to Lear global and internal procedures and customer specifications.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Quality Management System.

Education

Engineering/Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Preferably with experience within an automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards).
  • Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: Ishikawa, 8D, 5 Why, Pareto.
  • Good knowledge of quality core tools: MSA, SPC, Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Prior experience working with German OEMs is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members across a wide scope of the organization.

Languages

  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
