  • Use all customer-specific systems.
  • Conduct capability studies for special characteristics, ensuring they are properly performed and documented.
  • Support continuous improvement of the Operation Description Sheets (ODS).
  • Identify and apply appropriate statistical tools; mentor team members on statistical application and techniques.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned external customers for issue resolution.
  • Complete customer-specific advanced quality planning requirements.
  • Write and submit 8-Ds to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Visit customers as needed, communicate between customer and plant, initiate Quality Alerts and follow them until closed, and confirm customer return material analysis root causes and corrective actions.
