About the Role

LEONI, a global leader in power distribution and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a Launch Project Manager to coordinate and drive manufacturing launch initiatives. You will serve as the plant/country representative, managing project execution from GW20 to GW70 phases while balancing stakeholder interests and ensuring successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in all project meetings and coordinate plant/country-related tasks across launch phases
  • Represent plant/country interests to project stakeholders and communicate relevant information across teams
  • Establish and lead the launch team with regular meetings and ensure adequate resource planning
  • Report work package status and deliverables using project management software; prepare milestone and gate review documentation
  • Manage PAM releases and track capital expenditure (Capex) allocation and spending
  • Coordinate equipment planning with launch team members and maintain planning updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Previous experience in automotive industry or manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented industrial settings
