About the Role

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composite materials manufacturing, is seeking a Logistics Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco facility. This role combines warehouse operations management, supply chain coordination, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient execution of operational priorities and objectives
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and promote a safe working environment
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, stock control, counting, and discrepancy resolution
  • Monitor warehouse performance through key operational indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate logistics activities with transport providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams through coaching, training, and performance management to enhance operational effectiveness

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics planning
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA development for automation and reporting
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for dashboard development, KPI monitoring, and business intelligence reporting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration
