Vos missions

  • Benchmark and negotiate freight agreements with carriers to meet budget targets and service requirements
  • Handle customs formalities end-to-end and ensure regulatory compliance on all import/export flows

Profil recherché

About the Role

Lead and optimize the entire material and goods flow from production to final customer delivery. You will manage transport operations, warehouse logistics, customs compliance, and carrier relations while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence across all logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transport planning and optimization using Transporeon and TMS tools; coordinate carrier selection and route optimization
  • Plan and control warehouse operations including storage design, intralogistics, and safety standards across all zones
  • Prepare performance reports on transport reliability, delivery KPIs, and logistics costs; provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate shift supervisors and loading teams; ensure compliance with safety protocols and loading instructions
  • Benchmark and negotiate freight agreements with carriers; manage short and medium-term contracts to meet budget targets
  • Handle customs formalities end-to-end and coordinate with external agencies for regulatory compliance on import/export flows
  • Review and validate shipping bills and carrier invoices; ensure proper approval workflows
  • Brief sales on transport solutions and build freight calculations for different scenarios

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in logistics, transport management, or supply chain in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • English B2 level minimum (required for group reporting and international coordination)
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA, ERP systems, and Transporeon or equivalent TMS platform
  • Strong leadership experience managing shift supervisors and operational teams
  • Excellent negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and clear communication across all levels

Spanish language skills are a plus.
