Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician at Aptiv, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform adjustment and preventive maintenance interventions, correcting equipment anomalies as needed
- Manage start-up of newly acquired production equipment and implement necessary modifications
- Execute preventive maintenance plans and monitor first-level maintenance activities
- Complete maintenance documentation and intervention reports accurately
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure logical consumption
- Ensure installation of new equipment and compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards
Required Background
- Bac +2/3 qualification (BTS/DUT) in Electronics, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or Maintenance of Automated Systems
- Freshly graduated or with one year of experience in the automotive industry or similar maintenance role
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with problem-solving capabilities
