About the Role

Join IQVIA's growing Management Consulting team covering North, East, and West Africa. As a Consultant, you will contribute to the development and delivery of management consulting projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, leveraging data analysis and industry expertise to deliver high-quality insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver management consulting projects or components of larger engagements for life sciences clients
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific recommendations
  • Collect, structure, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic insights
  • Develop detailed project deliverables including reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Support project planning, monitor activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
  • Collaborate with project teams across functions and geographies, and provide guidance to junior analysts
  • Support client communication, proposal development, and identification of follow-on opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Public Health, or related discipline from a leading institution
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in English and French preferred
