About the Role

Join Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech as a Marketing & Communications Executive and help elevate the visibility and reputation of one of Morocco's most prestigious luxury hospitality destinations. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, social media activities, content creation, media relations, and brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across the hotel's rooms, restaurants, spa, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update social media channels with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and seasonal activations.
  • Coordinate media visits, influencer collaborations, and PR opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
  • Monitor digital and social media performance, preparing reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate production of marketing collateral, photography, and video content.
  • Ensure all communications reflect Mandarin Oriental's brand standards and luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands and knowledge of graphic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite) are advantageous.
