About the Role
Watermelon Hub, a UK-backed BPO with a strong presence in Marrakech, is seeking English-speaking sales professionals to join our day shift team and close deals with international clients.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Call international business contacts to initiate new conversations and business opportunities
- Present offers, address client objections, and negotiate deal closure
- Receive daily coaching and performance tracking from your manager
What We're Looking For
- C1/C2 English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Currently residing in Marrakech and available for on-site work
- Driven, persuasive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is a plus; beginners welcome with full training provided
