Your Role

As a ME Supervisor, you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team contributing to high-sophistication compute and sensing products that drive a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. You will coordinate, supervise and control all activities related to project planning and industrialization of product technical data, while developing the site's strategy for project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cascade objectives from Operational and Functional levels to the project management team and define work plans to achieve them
  • Ensure strong connection between product changes and production processes
  • Monitor schedules and objectives achievement while identifying risks and defining mitigation scenarios
  • Ensure clear understanding and proper interpretation of customer requirements in product and process design
  • Supervise project planning meetings and develop/monitor performance indicators
  • Validate investment calculations for engineering changes and manage project volume increases
  • Facilitate internal, certification and customer audits while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health/safety standards

Your Background

  • Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Automated Systems, Electromechanics or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in Aptiv
  • Fluent communication in English and French
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing engineering
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
