Position Summary
Define the plant's equipment needs to support engineering changes and new projects, as well as ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule.
Your Role
As a Process Engineer, you will be in charge of:
- Define equipment needs (Assembly Tables, Assembly Lines, WPO, Assembly Area Preconditions) for new projects and prepare budgets for IR issuance
- Lead team in installation, validation and continuous improvement of assembly components focusing on quality, volume and cost
- Ensure equipment availability at SOP through supplier coordination and anticipation of potential delays
- Close all reliability reporting points under your responsibility
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure equipment meets specifications
- Prepare documentation for newly integrated machines
- Contribute to supplier selection for production equipment purchases
Your Background
- Bac+5 / Engineering degree in technical education or equivalent
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Problem-solving techniques
