Media Asset Operator

About the Role

TransPerfect, the world's largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business, is seeking a Media Asset Operator to join its Media Services team in Morocco. You will work at the centre of production, bridging localization teams and dubbing studios, handling critical audio and video asset workflows for leading studios, broadcasters and streaming platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and transcode audio and video assets across multiple formats
• Perform audio tasks in Pro Tools including conformance, normalization and editing
• Prepare working materials for dubbing and subtitling teams
• Build masters and deliverables to client specifications; handle subtitle tasks such as profile changes and basic offsets
• Archive completed projects and manage asset movement between production environments and stakeholders
• Identify technical issues and suggest workflow improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid understanding of video signals, formats and codecs
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere and Pro Tools (both required)
• Working knowledge of localization workflows and dubbing studio operations
• High autonomy, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills with operators, studios, project managers and management
• Intermediate French and strong English proficiency

Nice to Have

• DaVinci Resolve and EZTitles/EZConvert experience (full training provided)
